I have been enjoying photography for many years. Recently, I have been rediscovering film photography and have begun shooting photographs using vintage cameras, including SLRs, rangefinders, and point and shoot cameras. I've come to realize that film photography offers so much more flexibility over digital. I can load a camera with different types and brands of film as well as different speeds and have found they each have their own strengths. I've also come to find that the lenses they put on older cameras were often greatly superior to the lenses they put on cameras today. I have an assortment of old cameras and have found that, like film, they each have a different "personality" so to speak - each offering strengths. By combining these various old cameras with the variety of available film, the variations are seemingly endless.
